Rental Information

7 days, advance reservations required.  

Two bedrooms with (one King, one Queen)  both with baths,  children's sleeping loft with two twin futons, and adult sleeping "ell" with full-size futon.  

Maximum 6 People - adults and children.

$2700 per week, plus Maine lodging tax and refundable security deposit. 

4 p.m. Saturday through 10 a.m the following Saturday 

High speed Internet, TV, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Heating, Linens/towels, Gas Grill,  Wood-burning fireplace, sand beach, sandbar, dock and swim raft, hammock, games (outdoor and indoor), and many paperbacks for summer reading. 

No pets, and no smoking in the teahouse. Maximum 2 vehicles except by prior arrangement.
